• add a key stage

  if you want to access an additional key stage, you can visit the become a friend page and select the key stage you wish to add. make your donation for this additional key stage and you will be given 12 months access from the date of donation.

• add and remove users from a school subscription

  you must be the subscription administrator to add users.

  1. log in and go to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. select ‘manage my school’.
  3. select ‘invite new people’ to add colleagues to your subscription. enter their email address and click 'continue'.
  4. to remove a colleague from the subscription, click on the ‘remove’ link next to their name.

• change school subscription administrators

  subscription administrators can only be changed by manbetx体育2.0下载 . if you would like to change the administrator, please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us. you will need to provide the name and email address of the old administrator and the new administrator. we will also need to know the name and postcode of your school.

• find your invoice or receipt

  log in to your account and go to your name at the top right of the screen. select 'my orders' and 'download receipt/invoice'.
